The Heat Sheet is a rigid foam insulation board that has nodules to hold your in-floor heating pex pipes. So you literally step the pex pipes into place.

This replaces the standard pink foam insulation board that you typically would staple pex pipes to. It also replaces the staples. You may still want a staple or something at the curves in your pex pipes.

The Heat-Sheet R4 is available in the 1 3/8″ ” thickness, R-value 4.

Heat-Sheet® Panels are made with expanded polystyrene (EPS) a tough, high-density, closed-cell foam insulation that is engineered to minimum compression strength of 25 psi to support the weight of cast-in-place concrete.Heat-Sheet® tubing channel system provides proper, multidirectional placement of 1/2″, 5/8″ or 3/4″ I.D. tubing with 3″ on-centerpoints.

Applications

Heat-Sheet® Radiant Floor Panels can be used in all under-concrete radiant floor applications, including Slab-On-Grade, Sandwich Slab, Snow-Melt and Retrofit & Overlay Applications. ESTIMATING 1. Measure the length and width to determine the size of the area in which you want to install Heat-Sheet® Panels. 2. The panels are 8 sq. ft. each. Divide the area by 8 to get the number of panels you need. 3. Heat-Sheet® Panels come bundled in varying quantities as shown in the Size & Packaging Chart. When ordering your panels, round up to the nearest whole bundle.
