Flat Rate Shipping

All HUG Hydronics In-floor Heating Systems in the Continental US have flat-rate shipping.

Yes, that means all of the accessories sold at the same time to the same location (and any added before we finish shipping it) are included in the flat-rate shipping.

• Orders under $300 ship for $15
• Orders Under $1000 Ship for $30
• Orders Under $4000 Ship for $125
• Orders Under $6000 Ship for $150
• Orders Over $6000 ship for $175

(not counting HeatSheets or OnPanels, which will require freight shipping.)

You choose the week you want the system to arrive at your location.

If delays are expected, we will communicate them by email unless you request a phone call or text message.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information by email when we ship.

Returns Shipping

The customer pays for return shipping—the replacement item ships for free.
